Manufacturers' Warranty Terms
For your convenience, Gollihur Music has collected the terms of many of our manufacturers' product warranties. These are the terms that are supplied by each manufacturer, and are subject to change without notice.
I hope that this information is useful to you, but please realize that each manufacturer sets their own policies and any warranty service is subject to those policies.
Important note about warranty coverage outside the USA: Products sold are subject to US warranty terms, and in many cases may need to be returned to the US for service. In those cases purchasers must return items to the US at their cost, and in some cases may need to cover some or all the costs for reshipment, depending on the warranty arrangement with the manufacturer. In some cases parts may be supplied for local installation/replacement.
Acoustic Image Amps, Combos, Speaker Cabinets
Our Warranty
Acoustic Image products are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. At our option, we will repair or replace products covered by the warranty without charge for materials or labor.
To obtain repairs or replacement within the terms of this warranty, the product must be delivered, transportation prepaid, to Acoustic Image or an authorized Acoustic Image repair facility. We recommend that you use the original product packaging. All repaired or replaced products will be returned freight collect.
Naturally, the warranty does not apply to products which have been subjected to abuse, accident, modifications, improper handling or installation, or unauthorized repairs.
Please call Acoustic Image to obtain return authorization and shipping instructions prior to returning any product for warranty repairs.
AMT (Applied Microphone Technologies) Specialized Instrument Microphones
Limited Warranty
Duration of this warrantee will remain in effect for one year from the date of the original purchase. This warranty may be enforced by the original purchaser and subsequent owners during the warranty period, so long as the original dated sales receipt or other proof of warranty coverage is presented when warranty service is required.
What is covered?
Except as specified below, this warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship in this product. The following are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse or neglect.
- Failure to follow instructions included with microphone.
- Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by A.M.T.
- Failure to remove battery when storing.
- Cause other than product defects including: lack of skill, competence, or experience of use.
- Damages occurring during any shipment of this product (claims must be presented to carrier).
- Damage to any unit which has been altered, or which the serial number has been defaced, modified, or removed.
We will pay all labor and material expense for covered items. Shipping charges are discussed later in this warranty. If your unit needs service, please write or telephone us and we will advise you where the unit should be taken or sent. If you write us, include your name, complete address, daytime telephone number, and a description of the problem.
DO NOT RETURN YOUR UNIT TO AMT WITHOUT A REPAIR AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
If it is necessary to ship the product for service:
You must pay initial shipping charges, but if necessary repairs are covered by the warrantee, AMT will cover the return shipping charges via carrier of AMT's choice to any destination within the United States.
Whenever warranty service is required a copy of the original dated sales receipt must be presented.
Exclusion of certain damages:
AMT's liability for any defective product is limited to repair of replacement of the product of our option. AMT shall not be liable for damages based upon inconvenience, loss of use of the product, loss of time, interrupted operation, commercial loss; or any other damages whether incidental, consequential, or otherwise. Some states do not allow limitations an implied warrantee lasts, and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warrantee is not enforceable outside of North America. This warrantee gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
D-TAR (duncan | turner acoustic research) Preamp, Equalizer
Limited Warranty
D-TAR offers the original purchaser a one-year limited warranty on both labor and materials starting from the day this product is purchased from an Authorized D-TAR Dealer. D-TAR will repair or replace this product, at its option, if it fails due to faulty workmanship or materials during this period. Defective products should be returned to your USA dealer, international distributor, or sent direct to our factory postage prepaid along with dated proof of purchase (e.g., original store receipt) and a RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box. Please call our factory at 805-964-9610 for an RMA number.
This warranty does not apply to damage to this product or an instrument caused by misuse, mishandling, accident, abuse, or alteration. Product appearance and normal wear and tear (worn pain, scratches, etc.) are not covered by this warranty. D-TAR reserves the right to be the sole arbiter as to the misuse or abuse of this product. D-TAR assumes no liability for any incidental or consequential damages, which may result from the failure of this product. Any warranties implied in fact or by law are limited to the duration of this express limited warranty.
Euphonic Audio Amps, Combos, Speaker Cabinets
Limited Warranty
The warranty period for Euphonic Audio Speaker Cabinets is THREE YEARS from the date of purchase. The warranty period for Euphonic Audio iAMP ® amplifiers is ONE YEAR from the date of purchase This covers defects in material and workmanship for the original owner. The warranty is void under the following conditions:
- If the unit has been damaged due to accident, improper handling, installation or operation
- If the unit has been damaged in shipping Abuse or misuse
- Unauthorized repair or attempted repair
- If the serial number has been defaced or removed
Euphonic Audio Inc. reserves the right to make such determination of the above on the basis of factory inspection.
All liability for any incidental or consequential damages for breach or any expressed or implied warranties is disclaimed and excluded here from.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so that the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
Repair Procedure
Please follow these steps if your Speaker Cabinet requires repair:
- Locate your original bill of sale which should include date and place of purchase.
- Call, FAX or write to Euphonic Audio describing the problem and for issue of a Return Authorization Number (RA)
- Pack the unit carefully, preferably in the original shipping carton, enclose a brief description of the problem, and a copy of the Bill of Sale. Write the RA number on the carton and ship prepaid to the factory. Please be sure to properly insure the unit when shipping it.
- If it is determined that the unit is under warranty, we will repair the unit as deemed appropriate (repair or replacement parts) free of charge and return the repaired unit to you.
- If it is determined that the unit is not under warranty, we will return the repaired unit COD for the cost of repair, shipping and insurance.

Limited Warranty
Your H-clamp is designed and manufactured to aerospace standards, using aircraft grade materials. It is extremely robust and if used according to the instructions in the user manual, should continue to work perfectly for a lifetime.
To ensure you get a lifetime of service from your H-clamp, Exploraudio backs every H-clamp with the following warranty:
1. For the 1st year after purchase, any defective H-clamp will be replaced free of charge.
2. After the first year, for as long as you own your H-clamp, if it becomes faulty, it can be returned for a free overhaul. All necessary repair work will be free of charge but any parts used in the repair may be chargeable at the normal spares price. You will be advised of any costs before they are incurred.
Engelhardt Upright Bass Instruments
Engelhardt Guarantee
"We guarantee this instrument to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. We agree to repair or replace the instrument, without charge, if found to be defective due to any fault of ours. This guarantee does not cover natural wear of the instrument, replacement of strings or mishandling."
Fishman Pickups, Preamps
are warranted to function for a period of One (1) Year from the date of purchase. If the unit fails to function properly within the warranty period, free repair and the option of replacement or refund in the event that FISHMAN is unable to make repair are FISHMAN’s only obligations. This warranty does not cover any consequential damages or damage to the unit due to misuse, accident, or neglect. FISHMAN retains the right to make such determination on the basis of factory inspection. Products returned to FISHMAN for repair or replacement must be shipped in accordance with the Return Policy, as follows. This warranty remains valid only if repairs are performed by FISHMAN. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Return Policy
To return products to FISHMAN TRANSDUCERS, you must follow these steps...
- Call FISHMAN TRANSDUCERS at 978-988-9199 for a Return Authorization Number (“RAN”).
- Enclose a copy of the original Bill of Sale as evidence of the date of purchase, with the product in its original packaging and a protective carton or mailer.
- FISHMAN TRANSDUCERS’ technicians will determine whether the item is covered by warranty or if it instead has been damaged by improper customer installation or other causes not related to defects in material or workmanship.
- Warranty repairs or replacements will be sent automatically free of charge.
- If FISHMAN TRANSDUCERS determines the item is not covered by warranty, we will notify you of the repair or replacement cost and wait for your authorization to proceed.

K&K Sound Pickups, Preamps, Microphones
Warranty: K&K Sound Systems grants all its customers a 12-month warranty unless declared otherwise. If your product becomes defective within 12 months of receiving it, we will repair or exchange it free of charge. This warranty excludes products that have become defective due to consumer-inflicted damage, rough handling, or not following installation instructions. Postage must be prepaid by customer. A sales receipt/proof of purchase must be included with all defective products.
Contact Gollihur Music or K&K Sound for an RA (Return Authorization) number before returning any items.
KORG (Electronic Tuner)
USA Warranty Policy
All Korg products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship to the original consumer purchaser as listed below:
Tuner and Metronomes
- Labor: 3 Years
- Parts: 3 Years
Warranty Requirements and Limitations:
- Proof of Warranty - The customer must provide proof of purchase in order to obtain warranty service. The dated sales slip or copy thereof is the only acceptable proof of purchase.
- The product must be purchased from a Korg USA authorized dealer and have a valid serial number.
- Warranty valid only in the USA
- Damage resulting from the following causes are excluded from the warranty set forth above:
- Misuse, including damage occurring during shipment, damage caused by battery leakage, accident, fire, unauthorized repairs, tampering, cosmetic damage or other types of damage which are the result of improper handling or abuse.
- The cleaning of controls or contacts due to exposure to dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment.
- Damage resulting from modification.
- Damage to units used for loan or rental
Radial Engineering (ToneBone) BassBone Switcher/Preamp, BigShot i/O Switch
Standard Warranty:
All products sold by RADIAL come with a 1-year limited warranty. This limited warranty protects you against defects in workmanship. The warranty does not cover any consequential or inconsequential damage or any losses. Specifically, if you have a problem due to defect, you must make the arrangements and cover the costs to return the product to us with a copy of the original sales invoice and we will repair the product and return it to you at our cost. All warranty claims require a return authorization. Contact the RADIAL service department for details.
Transferable 3-Year Warranty:
Some RADIAL products come with a 3-Year Transferable Warranty. This means that if you buy the product and decide to sell it, the warranty can be transferred to the person that buys it, thus providing continuous warranty support and added value. This Transferable Warranty follows the same procedures and limitations outlined in the Standard Warranty. This means that if you sell the product, you must provide the buyer with a copy of your original invoice so that he, in turn, may be able to submit this should a warranty claim be required.
Warranty Limitation:
As with all typical warranties, only manufacturing defects are covered. Furthermore, parts that are subject to wear and tear such as switches, potentiometers and tubes are not covered under this warranty. This, however, does not mean that these will not be repaired or replaced free of charge. We pride ourselves in supporting the products we sell and will often exchange these parts free of charge pending the age of the device. This decision will be undertaken by RADIAL and in no way obliges the company to perform such tasks.
