AMT Wi5C Wireless Add-On System for AMT Microphones

Add WIRELESS Capability to your AMT Microphone!

The Wi5C Wireless System is specially designed to work exclusively with AMT Clamp-on Microphones which incorporate the disconnecting mic cable. It replaces the small preamp box -- the wireless transmitter provides the phantom power to the microphone, and the receiver box provides the output to the amplifier or mixing board.

The system is "frequency-agile," meaning that you can tune the transmitter and receiver to one of 16 different channels to ensure that you can use it at the same time as other musicians using wireless systems; it also gives you the ability to "change the channel" if you're receiving interference on a particular channel.

The small "bug" style transmitter specially designed to clip-on to AMT Microphone clamps, like the clamp on the S25B Bass Mic, VS Violin Mic, or the S18c Cello Mic. Since those mics also come with their own standard preamps, you have the choice to go wireless OR wired: use your AMT microphone with the Wi5C wireless system, or with the change of a cable, convert your microphone to any of the AMT Preamps for live or studio recordings.

The Wi5C comes with the battery-powered (1 AAA) mini transmitter ready to clip on the disconnect shaft on an AMT microphone, locking cable and connector to connect to microphones, the ZR series receiver with BOTH XLR and 1/4 outputs, and a very nice padded bag which holds all the accessories, including the power adapter for the receiver. The ZR1 receiver also features removable antennas for safer transport.

Wi5C works with these AMT models: LS, WS, TA2, Z1, P800, M40, S15G, VS, S25B, and the S18C. Microphone sold separately. Not intended or compatible for use with Electric Guitars, Electric Basses, Electric Uprights, URB Pickups, or mics from other manufacturers.
