Fishman B-II Preamplifier This solid performer features a tough injection-molded case with an easy access battery compartment, and Volume, Bass and Treble slider controls for easy tonal adjustment. There's also an AC adapter jack.

While Fishman's own powerful Pro-EQ Platinum Bass preamp eclipses this one in terms of features, you still get the same quiet operation in a smaller, lighter, and easier-to-use format. If you are looking for a preamp that will provide the impedance matching and just a simple two-band EQ, this is a great choice.
